At the completion of this PRINCE2 Certification course, participants will have better Understand the various techniques of risk analysis and perform a risk analysis, evaluation and assessment, use standard risk assessment tools like FMEA, FTA, PHA, HAZOP and HACCP. Participants will also learn to use the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA technique, and can equally use the Fault Tree Analysis FTA technique and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point HACCP technique.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The Prince2 Practitioner course provides the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage and deliver projects from start to finish, and how to apply and tailor the latest PRINCE2 to any project, lead project teams effectively and ensure your projects' success.
The course will touch both the general part and the particular techniques lessons are fitted with examples and downloadable excel worksheets. PREREQUISITES
A degree in any engineering course is desirable, though not required. Previous work experience in an HSE environment will be helpful, but is not essential.

Our e-Learning Model:
The lessons are online live sessions, followed by discussions between the instructor and students to review topics for the day. At the beginning of the session of Day II, students will have group discussion of the previous day's work with the instructor.
